Account Executive – KMU

Job Summary

Integral Tax GmbH, a rapidly expanding German startup, is looking for an energetic Account Executive to drive sales for its AI‑native platform that simplifies bookkeeping, payroll and tax for European SMEs. The role is full‑time and based in Berlin. The successful candidate will own the entire conversion process—from inbound discovery calls to final contract signing. You will negotiate pricing, close deals, automate repetitive tasks with AI tools, and keep the HubSpot pipeline clean and up‑to‑date. Collaboration with tax and bookkeeping partners ensures a seamless on‑boarding experience. Candidates must have 1‑3 years of proven closing experience in high‑volume, fast‑paced startups, especially within fintech, accounting, or SaaS. Fluency in German and English is required, along with strong business communication skills. A track record of exceeding quotas and a self‑driven attitude are essential. The compensation package includes unlimited commission, a competitive base salary, 30 vacation days, and additional perks such as a company laptop, health‑and‑wellness benefits, and a direct line to the founders.
