Job Summary

High Scale seeks an AI Content Creator to pioneer its Synthetic Production arm, merging generative AI tools with traditional commercial workflows. The role involves crafting high‑fidelity visual assets—photos, video clips, and B‑roll—using platforms such as Midjourney, Stable Diffusion, Runway, and Pika, then refining and compositing them in After Effects and Photoshop to meet broadcast 4K standards. Audio generation with ElevenLabs and Suno is also part of the workflow. Beyond production, the candidate will design rapid‑concepting storyboards, build efficient AI pipelines in ComfyUI, and stay on the cutting edge of emerging models and LoRAs. A strong foundation in prompt engineering, composition, lighting, and color theory is essential, as is the ability to troubleshoot consistency issues and navigate the legal landscape of AI content.
