Job Summary

StackFuel is seeking an AI Tutor/Lehrkraft to guide participants in mastering Generative AI and Large Language Models. The role involves answering questions on GenAI, LLMs and responsible AI use, assisting with exercises and projects, and ensuring learners can apply AI tools confidently and ethically in their work. The tutor will conduct live sessions, webinars, and individual coaching, evaluate learning progress through assessments, and provide constructive feedback. They will also collaborate with the Coaching Team Lead, Learning Team, and other stakeholders to refine training programs and develop learning materials. Candidates should hold a degree or equivalent in a quantitative, analytical, or technical field, possess solid knowledge of GenAI concepts and LLMs, and have practical experience with prompt engineering, API usage, and basic Python. They should also demonstrate didactic skills for adult education, excellent communication in German and English, and a customer‑centric, collaborative attitude.
