Coinbase is looking for an Associate in Broker Dealer Operations to join its Capital Markets team. The role focuses on maintaining the daily operational engine that supports the U.S. equities brokerage experience, handling trade, position, cash, and balance reconciliations, customer account onboarding, and securities transfers. The associate will investigate operational exceptions, drive process improvements, and coordinate with cross‑functional teams such as Engineering, Product, and Compliance. The position requires a strong understanding of the equities trade lifecycle, experience with clearing platforms, and the ability to work in a regulated environment.
