Thexton Armstrong is recruiting a Business Mentor & Partner to serve as a franchise partner in Berlin. The role involves acquiring and mentoring small‑to‑medium enterprises (SMEs) in the region, guiding them through structured programs that focus on growth, profitability, and business continuity. As a partner, you will use the company’s proprietary online tool to conduct profit leakage analyses, develop tailored proposals, and manage long‑term client relationships. The position offers entrepreneurial freedom, a protected regional territory, and ongoing coaching and support from the network. Key responsibilities include client acquisition through networking and outreach, delivering business mentoring and profit analysis sessions, and maintaining a portfolio of 5–10 SME clients over multi‑year contracts. The role also requires participation in peer‑exchange events, community building, and continuous professional development within the thexton armstrong network.
