Job Summary

Syneos Health is seeking a Clinical Trial Manager I to support site qualification, initiation, monitoring, and close‑out activities for clinical studies. The role involves ensuring compliance with ICH‑GCP, monitoring site performance, reviewing source documents and CRFs, and resolving queries. The manager will also oversee investigational product handling, maintain investigator site files, and support data integrity and safety monitoring. Strong knowledge of regulatory guidelines, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work both on‑site and remotely are essential.
