Job Summary

Artefact is a next‑generation strategy and data consulting firm that helps global leaders unlock the power of their data and AI. As a Consulting Manager, you will partner with C‑level executives to design and execute AI transformation programs, shape AI use‑case strategies, and drive measurable business outcomes. You will also lead the growth of Artefact’s German practice through client acquisition, proposal development, and key‑account expansion. The role requires steering complex, cross‑functional change initiatives, managing stakeholder politics, and embedding AI capabilities within client organizations. You will act as a trusted advisor, mentor agile project teams, and contribute to thought leadership by producing content and engaging in external discussions on enterprise AI trends. A strong background in data analytics, AI strategy, and change management is essential, along with the ability to demo AI concepts, discuss data privacy, and translate technical insights into strategic recommendations.
