Creative Design Team Lead (AI & Performance Marketing)

Job Summary

CapsLock, a global IT marketing firm, seeks a Creative Design Team Lead to spearhead a growing squad of AI‑powered designers. The role involves mentoring a team of 3–6 creatives, overseeing the end‑to‑end production pipeline, and ensuring that every visual asset drives measurable performance across paid media channels. The Lead will blend creative direction with data‑driven insights, crafting concepts, hooks, and visual angles that stop the scroll and convert. They will work closely with copywriters, media buyers, and video editors to align on strategy, and will partner with a Generative AI Pipeline Engineer to build automated workflows, prompt libraries, and creative presets. Key responsibilities include scaling the team, maintaining strict quality control, driving creative testing loops, and staying on the cutting edge of AI tools such as Figma Weave, Higgsfield, and other image‑generation platforms. The position demands strong leadership, project management, and a deep visual craft across composition, lighting, color, typography, and anatomy.
