CRM Manager (Remote)

Bondora, a leading fintech platform, is looking for a seasoned CRM Manager to design and execute customer journeys across the entire loan lifecycle. The role involves building campaigns in Braze, setting up triggers, cadences, and fallback mechanisms for onboarding, repeat loans, reactivation, and payment-difficulty scenarios. You will own compliance, risk suppression, and data reliability while collaborating with product, engineering, legal, and risk teams. The ideal candidate will have over five years of experience in CRM or lifecycle marketing, preferably with lending or recurring-revenue businesses. Hands‑on expertise with Braze (or comparable platforms) and a strong experimental mindset are essential. You should be comfortable measuring success in business outcomes such as signed loans and revenue, not just open rates, and be able to pull and analyze data using SQL or analytics tools.
