O'Connell Digital Media Group, a rapidly growing direct‑response agency, is looking for a highly skilled video editor to create high‑impact paid media ads for platforms like Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube. The role involves transforming scripts and briefs into polished, conversion‑focused videos that capture attention in the first three seconds and drive traffic to long‑form funnels. The ideal candidate has at least two years of experience editing high‑volume direct‑response ads in an agency or fast‑scaling in‑house environment. They are experts in Premiere Pro, comfortable with After Effects and Photoshop, and proficient with AI‑driven editing tools such as digital twins, voice cloning, and AI‑generated B‑roll. As a full‑time contractor, you’ll work remotely, aligning with a 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. ET schedule (adjustable for international time zones). You’ll collaborate closely with strategists, receive coaching from senior editors, and deliver ads that meet quality, time, and performance expectations.
