Job Summary

CoolGames is seeking an experienced designer to craft and refine the economies of casual HTML5 titles that reach millions of players worldwide. The role involves modeling progression, reward systems, and monetization flows from concept through live operations, ensuring a balanced, engaging experience without compromising revenue. Candidates will collaborate across multidisciplinary agile teams, using data analysis, simulations, and A/B testing to validate design choices and drive player retention and spend. Key responsibilities include designing source‑sink mechanics, pacing progression, and integrating monetization models such as in‑app purchases, ads, or subscriptions. The designer will own the end‑to‑end impact of economy changes, from analysis to implementation, and will help build reusable tools and processes for portfolio-wide scalability.
