Job Summary

AzureAgency, a dynamic agency in Cologne, is looking for a structured and numbers‑savvy Finance Manager to independently oversee and enhance its financial processes. The role encompasses end‑to‑end invoice handling, accounts receivable management, and the coordination of payments, ensuring that all transactions are accurate and timely. The Finance Manager will prepare bookkeeping documents, work closely with external accounting and tax advisors, and produce financial reports and dashboards that provide clear visibility into key metrics. Continuous improvement is a key focus – the successful candidate will identify opportunities for process automation and digitalisation, driving efficiency across the finance function. Candidates should hold a commercial qualification such as a commercial apprenticeship, business degree or equivalent, and have 2–3 years of relevant experience in finance, accounting or a related role. Proficiency in Excel, a solid grasp of bookkeeping principles, and familiarity with accounting software (e.g., DATEV) are essential. Strong organisational skills, a proactive mindset, and excellent communication are also required.
