Job Summary

TransPerfect, the world’s largest provider of language and technology solutions, is seeking a meticulous and organized Freelance Content Editor for its e‑commerce division. The role focuses on ensuring product listings and content across Shopify and other CMS platforms (WordPress, AEM, Drupal) are accurate, typo‑free, and properly formatted. Key responsibilities include verifying tables, images, pricing, tags, and SEO fields, reviewing translated text for seamless integration, and checking media display. The editor must flag inconsistencies, apply layout adjustments using HTML and CSS, and may need basic JavaScript skills. Candidates should have proven experience with Shopify and at least one other CMS, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to work independently while communicating clearly with the team. Proficiency in Japanese and English is essential.
