WINCH Industry GmbH is looking for a motivated graphic design student to join its marketing team in Gersthofen. The role offers up to 20 hours per week during the academic semester, allowing you to apply your academic knowledge in a real‑world setting. Key responsibilities include creating marketing collateral for both online and offline campaigns—graphics, banners, flyers, brochures, and presentations. You will also design social‑media content, digital assets, and contribute to event and product displays for the company’s outdoor and automotive brands. The position is ideal for students in graphic, communication, or media design with basic proficiency in Adobe Creative Cloud (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign). Creativity, a strong sense of layout and typography, and the ability to work independently are essential. Experience with brand development and marketing projects is a plus but not mandatory.
