Anori is seeking a Hardware Engineer to own the power stage of its Anori BMS, focusing on power electronics, cell connection, and protection circuits. The role involves designing high‑density power stages, balancing performance, reliability, and cost, and running comprehensive hardware tests including HiL, stress, and EMC pre‑compliance. Close collaboration with the CTO and firmware team is required to transition prototypes into certified products. Candidates should have a solid foundation in electrical engineering, PCB design, power electronics (MOSFETs, gate drives, current sensing), and hands‑on testing with oscilloscopes, power supplies, and thermal measurement tools. Advanced knowledge of protection circuits, thermal simulation, and emerging wide‑bandgap technologies is highly valued.
