Head of IT Operations

Job Summary

A senior technology leader is sought to design and sustain a reliable, scalable, and secure IT ecosystem for a new digital brokerage platform. The role involves overseeing the entire IT infrastructure, ensuring high availability, and aligning operations with regulatory mandates such as DORA, BaFin, and GDPR. It also requires close collaboration with the CISO to advance cyber‑security initiatives, manage incident, problem, and change processes, and coordinate comprehensive testing for the brokerage application. The Head will shape the IT operations strategy, drive cost‑effective scaling, and lead cross‑functional teams in IT operations, security engineering, and testing. The position demands seasoned experience in regulated environments, deep technical knowledge of cloud, infrastructure, cyber security, BCM, and disaster recovery, and proficiency in agile methodologies like Scrum and Kanban.
