Head of Operations – GPU Fleet

Job Summary

Lyceum is expanding its GPU fleet across Europe and seeks a Head of Operations to manage the entire lifecycle of GPU infrastructure. The role involves securing data‑center capacity, negotiating with OEMs and suppliers, and overseeing deployment from logistics to live operations. The incumbent will maintain fleet availability, handle incidents, manage contracts, and drive cost efficiencies. In addition to operational responsibilities, the leader will build and scale an operations team, establish processes, and collaborate closely with the CEO, CFO, CTO, and engineering teams. The position demands a proven track record in large‑scale hardware deployment, strategic thinking, and strong programme management. Candidates should possess deep technical knowledge of power, cooling, networking, and hardware, as well as strong negotiation and communication skills. Fluency in English is essential; German is a plus. The role requires frequent travel across Europe.
