trawa, a fast‑growing B2B energy platform headquartered in Berlin, is looking for a Head of Product to steer the vision, strategy, and execution of its customer‑facing products. The role involves leading a team of six product managers and designers, shaping the roadmap for Supply, Manage, and Flex modules, and driving product delivery across Germany and Austria with plans to expand further. As a senior product leader, you will own the product vision, translate market dynamics into prioritized strategies, and measure success through key metrics. You will partner closely with engineering, design, GTM, and operations to build high‑performing cross‑functional teams and deliver value at scale. The ideal candidate has a proven track record of shipping B2B software products that deliver measurable business results, strong leadership skills, and fluency in German to serve the German Mittelstand. The role is based at the Berlin HQ and expects a full‑time commitment.
