Job Summary

The Head of Regulatory Change & Policy will own the global regulatory change agenda for OKX, translating complex and fast‑moving regulatory developments into actionable strategies that protect and enable the business. This senior role involves leading a regulatory change function, setting operating models, and ensuring that regulatory insights are embedded into product development and compliance processes. Key responsibilities include maintaining the compliance regulatory change log, assessing the business impact of evolving regulations across all product lines, and partnering with risk, legal, and local compliance teams to translate regulatory requirements into clear policies. The position also requires building and nurturing relationships with regulators, industry bodies, and policymakers, representing OKX in consultations, and driving a globally coordinated regulatory obligations mapping and horizon‑scanning capability. Candidates must bring a minimum of 10 years of experience in regulatory change, regulatory affairs, or senior compliance/policy roles—ideally within crypto, fintech, or other heavily regulated financial sectors. Demonstrated success in building or reshaping a regulatory change function, along with strong stakeholder engagement and strategic judgment, is essential for success in this role.
