Job Summary

Join ISTA Personnel Solutions, a fast‑growing BPO that partners with U.S. companies, as a Healthcare Recruiter for a U.S. ABA therapy provider. In this role you will handle the full recruitment lifecycle—from screening inbound resumes and conducting phone interviews to presenting offers and managing onboarding. You’ll act as both recruiter and sales rep, promoting the opportunity to candidates and ensuring a positive experience. The position is fully remote but must be based in South Africa. You’ll work Monday‑Friday, 4:00 pm–1:00 am SAST, with all South African public holidays counted as workdays. Reliable internet (minimum 25 Mbps) and a dependable power backup are mandatory. The role requires strong communication, organisational, and multitasking skills, as well as proficiency in MS Office and familiarity with ATS and onboarding processes.
