HR Enablement Lead

Job Summary

Salesloft is seeking an experienced HR Enablement Lead to design, deliver, and evaluate learning initiatives for a global workforce. The role involves owning end‑to‑end program lifecycles, from conceptualization to assessment, and creating engaging workshops for employees at all levels. The successful candidate will partner closely with People Business Partners, manager development teams, and the L&D coordinator to ramp front‑line managers, onboard new hires, and build playbooks for People operations. The position requires a strategic mindset, strong facilitation skills, and a proven track record in instructional design and AI‑driven learning solutions. The HR Enablement Lead will also manage the learning platform, analyze program impact using data, and ensure alignment with the company’s growth objectives. This is a fully remote, full‑time role with competitive compensation ranging from $85,000 to $110,000 USD annually. Candidates must have at least 5+ years of experience in learning and development within a technology‑driven environment, demonstrate expertise in workshop facilitation, program ownership, and strategic partnership with senior leaders, and be comfortable leveraging AI tools to automate workflows and personalize curriculum.
