HR/IT Program Manager

Job Summary

The role involves steering the HR IT program, overseeing planning, prioritization, and coordination of strategic IT initiatives. Responsibilities include developing and refining the HR IT roadmap, managing the project portfolio, and aligning HR capabilities with technical support. The position serves as a central liaison among HR, IT, management, and external partners. Key tasks encompass project management using classic, hybrid, and agile methods, supporting strategic HR and IT transformations, ensuring a stable and future‑proof HR application landscape, and advancing IT architectures, interfaces, and integrated cloud/SaaS solutions. The role also focuses on compliance, particularly SOX, and continuous improvement of HR IT processes. Candidates should hold a degree in business informatics, computer science, or a related field, possess extensive experience managing complex IT programs or transformation initiatives, and ideally have exposure to HR IT or SAP environments. Strong analytical, problem‑solving, and communication skills are essential, along with fluency in German and English.
