Integrated Marketing Manager

Job Summary

beehiiv, a rapidly growing SaaS platform for newsletters, podcasts and digital products, is looking for an Integrated Marketing Manager to own the brand’s presence across all key moments. The role blends strategic vision with hands‑on execution, overseeing end‑to‑end campaigns, product launches and experiential events that drive reach, engagement and sign‑ups. The manager will partner with the Creative Director and Growth & Communications teams to translate brand objectives into tactical plans, selecting the right mix of paid, social, lifecycle, PR and OOH channels. Responsibilities include creating detailed briefs, managing timelines, budgets, and cross‑functional deliverables, and measuring impact against clear KPIs. In addition to campaign work, the role requires full ownership of on‑site execution for high‑stakes events—scouting venues, coordinating vendors, managing talent, and capturing content for the digital ecosystem. Success will be measured by the growth of the campaign calendar, the quality of playbooks, and the measurable lift in brand performance year over year.
