Job Summary

Your tasks will include identifying suitable innovators, preparing project documentation, coordinating digital communication with stakeholders, and tracking idea development from concept to viable solution. You’ll also help run Design Thinking workshops and collaborate across internal teams, gaining cross‑functional insight. Beyond the work, ekipa provides a flexible 4‑day workweek, remote‑friendly arrangements, continuous coaching in communication and design thinking, and the chance to collaborate with high‑profile partners such as Samsung, Rolex and Bayer. This is a full‑time internship that welcomes recent graduates or students who are eager to learn and drive real change in a creative, fast‑moving setting.
