Job Summary

The role involves overseeing the operational management of IT and security projects, blending technical architecture insight with pragmatic execution. Responsibilities include steering Microsoft‑365 advancements, developing security structures, and evolving the ISMS with ISO 27001 in mind. Candidates will independently manage projects from initial requirement to technical implementation, monitoring value, security, and effort. Project managers will identify automation and digitalisation opportunities, translating new technologies and AI solutions into practice. Acting as the central interface, they will coordinate internal stakeholders and external service providers, actively shaping the cross‑location IT landscape. Ideal applicants possess several years of experience in IT project management, preferably with security or digitalisation projects, and a strong grasp of IT architecture, Microsoft‑365, and information security. Effective communication skills and the ability to translate business needs into concrete technical solutions are essential.
