Junior Recruiter (German-Speaking)

Job Summary

Join Rapid Pioneers as a Junior Recruiter, the first point of contact for candidates applying to a fast‑growing wellness and massage company. Your role involves making timely calls, delivering a clear and energetic introduction to the company, and conducting brief screening interviews to funnel strong candidates forward. You will work closely with the Head of People, managing a high volume of outbound calls and follow‑ups while ensuring candidate data stays accurate in Personio. Flexibility is key: you’ll cover evening and weekend shifts to maintain rapid response times. No prior recruiting experience is required; the focus is on strong communication, resilience, and the ability to build rapport quickly. Experience in customer‑facing roles such as sales, hospitality, or call centre work is a plus, as is familiarity with Personio or similar HR systems.
