Manager – Central Monitoring (Clinical Trials)

Job Summary

Parexel’s FSP division is looking for a Manager of Central Monitoring to oversee data‑driven oversight of global clinical trials. The role involves crafting and executing Central Monitoring Plans, interpreting key risk and performance indicators, and collaborating with data analysts and study teams to detect and mitigate potential issues. The successful candidate will lead risk‑based quality management activities, present findings to clinical teams, and ensure that third‑party CROs comply with monitoring standards. They will also contribute to continuous improvement initiatives and represent Central Monitoring in audits and cross‑functional projects. The position requires strong analytical thinking, familiarity with ICH GCP and regulatory requirements, and the ability to translate data trends into actionable recommendations.
