micro1 is recruiting highly qualified Mathematics Experts for a global AI training initiative. The role involves developing, solving, and validating advanced mathematical tasks that feed into AI models. Candidates will translate mathematical problems into executable workflows, implement equations or algorithms in Python, and perform numerical experiments and visualizations. The position is a part‑time contractor role, requiring approximately 15 hours per week with flexible scheduling. Work is fully remote and the compensation is output‑based, paid per task that meets the project specifications. Successful applicants will begin within 24–48 hours of onboarding. Applicants should hold an MSc or PhD in Mathematics, Applied Mathematics, Statistics, Operations Research, or a related field, or a BS with 1–2 years of relevant professional experience. Strong proficiency in Python and numerical libraries such as NumPy, SciPy, SymPy, and experience with CLI‑based computational tools is essential.
