The role involves ensuring quality standards in building cleaning, training staff, conducting regular inspections, and maintaining client relationships. The position requires strong leadership, good German language skills, and the ability to communicate effectively with both staff and customers. Candidates must have relevant experience in building cleaning, preferably as a site manager, and be able to work flexible hours between 7:00 and 22:00, Monday through Friday. A valid driver's licence, a clean police record, and a measles vaccination are mandatory. The company offers a professional induction, modern work clothing and equipment, 30 days of vacation, and a company car.
