Operations & Project Manager

Job Summary

Hyre is looking for a proactive Operations & Project Manager to streamline cross‑departmental workflows and build scalable SOPs. The role focuses on breaking complex projects into actionable tasks, assigning owners, and tracking completion until closure. The ideal candidate will own operational and warehouse issue resolution, identify inefficiencies, and present improvement proposals to leadership. Key responsibilities include managing tasks in Connecteam, coordinating technical system projects (including CRM transitions), and handling compliance with Hours of Service regulations via Samsara. The role also supports payroll, inventory audits, and explores new productivity tools and AI solutions. Additional duties involve basic social media content creation, community engagement on Facebook, and maintaining accurate contact lists. Future responsibilities may cover move confirmations, surveys, and customer complaint intake. Candidates should have proven project‑management experience, a strong background in SOP development, and proficiency with tools such as Connecteam, Google Workspace, Canva, and Discord.
