Job Summary

GotPhoto, a leading e‑commerce platform for professional photographers, is looking for a People & Culture Working Student to support its growing HR team. The role involves handling everyday employee inquiries, maintaining master data, preparing HR documents in German and English, and assisting the recruitment process from application review to interview scheduling. The position offers exposure to the full employee lifecycle and the chance to work with modern HR tools such as Personio, Leapsome, Jira and Google Workspace. Candidates should be enrolled in Business Administration, Human Resources Management, Psychology or a related field and possess strong organisational skills, attention to detail, and a professional command of both German and English. Experience in a fast‑paced company or a tech scale‑up environment is a bonus, but not mandatory. The role requires on‑site presence in Berlin‑Mitte at least twice a week, while also offering a flexible hybrid model after probation. This part‑time position provides a steep learning curve, hands‑on exposure to HR processes, and the opportunity to contribute to a dynamic, international team dedicated to empowering photographers worldwide.
