Pre-Sales Engineer – Holistic AI

Job Summary

Holistic AI is looking for a skilled Pre-Sales Engineer to collaborate with Account Executives and client stakeholders. The role involves delivering tailored product demos, supporting sales cycles with technical discovery, and guiding pilots to showcase clear value quickly. You will work closely with Field Deployment, Product, and Engineering teams on complex opportunities, capture competitive insights, and refine demo assets and playbooks. Key responsibilities include running demos for AI governance and assurance use cases, conducting stakeholder workshops, and configuring pilots that demonstrate rapid business impact. The ideal candidate can explain technical solutions to a mixed audience of business, risk, compliance, and engineering professionals, and has experience in B2B SaaS pre-sales, solution consulting, or technical sales. Strong collaboration with sales teams, organized workflow under deal pressure, and excellent English are essential. Additional languages and background in AI/ML, data, risk, compliance or governance tooling are a plus. The position is based in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, with remote work flexibility and potential travel for key customer meetings.
