Product & Customer Manager – Energy Software

Job Summary

Envago GmbH, a software developer based in Leipzig, is looking for a Product & Customer Manager to act as the bridge between the company’s energy‑sector clients and its software solutions. The role involves testing new features, creating structured test scenarios, documenting defects, and providing customer feedback to the development team. In addition to product responsibilities, the candidate will serve as the primary contact for existing customers, handle inquiries, and support the sales process by delivering product presentations, preparing proposals, and negotiating deals. The position also includes representing the company at industry trade fairs and client meetings, which may require up to 12 days of travel per year. The ideal candidate has several years of experience in customer support, sales or product management within a B2B software environment, a solid technical understanding, and strong communication skills in German. A background in the energy sector and a valid B‑class driver's licence are advantageous.
