The role focuses on managing and enhancing the Professional Works brokerage software, ensuring it meets the evolving needs of brokers and insurers. The Product Manager will serve as the primary liaison with insurance companies, negotiating commission structures, coordinating marketing packages, and securing discounts. Responsibilities also include developing coverage concepts for life, health, property, and commercial lines, and overseeing the optimization of the tariffing page. Key duties involve planning and executing sales campaigns, collaborating with internal product teams, and maintaining quality control over loss ratios.
