Product Manager – Retirement Digital Experience

Job Summary

Manulife’s John Hancock Retirement team is looking for an experienced Product Manager to shape the next generation of digital retirement solutions. The role involves owning the feature‑level roadmap for a set of retirement‑platform capabilities, translating business strategy and customer insights into tangible product outcomes. Working within a SAFe agile framework, you will lead discovery, prioritize features, define success metrics, and collaborate with engineering, design, analytics, and business partners to deliver high‑impact software. You will partner with subject‑matter experts, sales and customer service teams, and cross‑functional stakeholders to gather feedback, validate assumptions, and shape the product vision. Your responsibilities include crafting clear problem statements, setting measurable objectives, guiding the product launch, and driving continuous improvement based on adoption data and customer feedback. The ideal candidate has a strong product‑management background with a proven track record of delivering digital products, excellent communication skills, and the ability to influence decisions without direct authority. Experience in retirement services or record‑keeping is a plus, as is familiarity with SAFe and regulatory compliance in financial services.
