Project Recruiter – Manufacturing

Job Summary

PeopleScout is seeking an experienced Project Recruiter to work remotely on high‑volume and hard‑to‑fill manufacturing roles. The recruiter will source, screen, interview, and assess candidates for positions such as assemblers, technicians, handlers, and operators, ensuring a positive candidate experience and strong partnerships with hiring managers. Key responsibilities include implementing staffing strategies, maintaining accurate ATS records, conducting weekly update calls with managers, and proactively identifying new sourcing avenues. The role demands excellent judgment, strong consultative skills, and the ability to handle multiple projects in a fast‑paced environment. Applicants must have prior recruiting experience in manufacturing (energy manufacturing preferred), be at least 18 years old, and possess strong presentation and Microsoft Office skills. The position offers a competitive hourly rate and benefits such as medical/dental/vision insurance and paid time off.
