Regional Quality Manager

Job Summary

Accredited Labs, a growing national calibration platform, is recruiting a Regional Quality Manager to oversee the ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Quality Management System across 10–12 accredited laboratories. In this role you will ensure compliance with international standards, coordinate internal audits and external accreditation assessments, and serve as the main liaison with accrediting bodies such as A2LA and ANAB. You will manage corrective actions, nonconformances and customer complaints, drive consistency in procedures and documentation, and support the integration of newly acquired labs into the network’s QMS. Additional responsibilities include evaluating technical uncertainty budgets, assisting with method validation, and implementing process improvements while fostering training and competency development across branches. The position is remote with a preference for candidates based in the Eastern U.S. and requires approximately 50% travel. It demands strong initiative, independence, and a proactive mindset to thrive in a fast‑paced, multi‑site environment.
