Job Summary

Join a fast‑growing beauty and personal care brand as a Remote Customer Operations Coordinator, supporting the transition from Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central to SAP S/4HANA. The role involves documenting current order‑to‑cash processes, participating in SAP design workshops, creating and executing test scripts, validating migrated data, and testing EDI/3PL integrations. You’ll also support go‑live activities, post‑launch support, and develop SOPs, training materials, and job aids for major retailers such as Walmart, Target, and Amazon.
