Senior Business Analyst – E-ISAC

Job Summary

The Senior Business Analyst at the Electricity Information Sharing and Analysis Center (E-ISAC) will act as a liaison between business stakeholders and the Data Analytics team. The role involves translating operational challenges into clear requirements, user stories, and technical specifications. It requires conducting exploratory data analysis, establishing KPIs, and supporting business cases for process improvements. The analyst will collaborate closely with stakeholders, project managers, and technical partners to evaluate current processes, identify efficiency opportunities, and ensure analytics solutions deliver measurable business value. They will facilitate requirements workshops, stakeholder reviews, and solution demonstrations to maintain alignment from initial needs through implementation. Candidates will bring strong critical‑thinking, communication, and problem‑solving skills, and will be expected to turn data insights into actionable decisions that support E-ISAC’s mission of reducing cyber and physical security risks to the North American electricity industry.
