Senior Business Analyst – Wealth Management & Advisory Platforms

Job Summary

Capco is looking for an experienced Senior Business Analyst to drive the development of next‑generation digital wealth‑management and advisory platforms. The role involves leading transformation programs for private banking, wealth management and securities, translating business needs into detailed requirements, BRDs and user stories, and guiding the implementation from analysis through go‑live. Key responsibilities include analysing and optimising end‑to‑end advisory, portfolio and investment processes, designing solutions around advisory offerings, pricing, suitability, portfolio construction, execution and reporting, and supporting platform configuration, integration design and vendor management. The analyst will collaborate closely with business, IT, architecture and operations teams throughout design, testing and rollout. The ideal candidate brings several years of experience in business analysis within wealth management or capital markets, a deep understanding of investment advisory and digital wealth platforms, and hands‑on experience with systems such as Aladdin Wealth. Strong analytical, communication and stakeholder‑management skills, fluency in German and English, and familiarity with regulatory requirements (MiFID II, suitability) and agile delivery methods are essential.
