Senior Data Analyst – Analytics and Automation

Job Summary

Welo Global is hiring a technically strong Senior Data Analyst to modernise its FP&A data ecosystem. The role sits within the Finance team, reporting directly to the FP&A Director, and collaborates with Data Analytics and Engineering to streamline financial and operational reporting across platforms such as Workday, Adaptive Planning, Salesforce, Redshift, Power BI, and legacy Excel workbooks. Key responsibilities include reverse‑engineering complex spreadsheets, designing automated ETL pipelines and dashboards using SQL, Python and AI tools, resolving data quality issues across disparate systems, and providing exploratory analysis to uncover business insights. The analyst will help build an FP&A AI repository and develop repeatable, automated workflows that replace manual processes and improve decision‑making. The position requires a blend of analytical rigor, engineering mindset, and investigative instincts to not only reproduce existing logic but also to re‑design processes for greater efficiency and accuracy.
