Job Summary

Securitas is seeking an experienced Senior Director to lead its global security operations for a leading data‑center client. The role involves managing a worldwide physical security team, overseeing the Physical Security Operations Center (PSOC), and driving threat and incident response initiatives. The director will provide executive‑level briefings, nurture client relationships, and collaborate across functions and time zones. Key responsibilities include ensuring audit compliance, standardizing operational procedures, and delivering continuous improvement in security operations. The role requires strong leadership, crisis management, and communication skills, as well as a process‑driven mindset. Candidates must hold a bachelor’s degree in business, security, or related field, with 10–15 years of progressive leadership experience in physical security or account management, including 3–5 years in a senior director role. Global operational experience and a background in data‑center security or PSOC leadership are preferred. Travel (≈30%) and occasional night/weekend work may be required.
