Job Summary

SOFTSWISS is expanding its software team and seeks a seasoned Golang engineer to help build and maintain high‑performance backend services for its Sportsbook platform. The role involves designing scalable, distributed systems, making strategic architectural decisions, and ensuring code quality through peer reviews and unit testing. As a senior developer, you will work closely with cross‑functional teams in a Scrum environment, contribute to infrastructure planning, and write efficient Go code that interacts with relational databases and message queues. Strong knowledge of Go internals, memory management, and concurrency is essential. Candidates should have experience with Docker, Kafka, Kubernetes, PostgreSQL, and optionally ClickHouse. Fluency in English and Russian is required, with a preference for those who have worked in finance or data‑intensive domains where integrity is critical.
