Senior Manager/Associate Director – Commercial Operations

Job Summary

Acadia Pharmaceuticals is hiring a Senior Manager/Associate Director to lead the launch of a new rare disease product for Rett Syndrome in Germany. The role involves developing launch strategy, commercial and business planning, and overseeing marketing, PR, digital, and demand‑planning activities. The incumbent will track performance, support field‑force excellence, and coordinate cross‑functional teams across medical, marketing, market access, and reimbursement. Strong collaboration with the EU Commercial team and the German GM is essential. Candidates will bring 5–7 years of experience in the pharmaceutical industry, ideally in neuroscience or rare diseases, with a proven track record of product launches. They must have a broad commercial skill set, a growth mindset, and the ability to thrive in a fast‑paced, start‑up environment while maintaining ethical standards and clear communication in English. The position is a hybrid role (3 days onsite in Munich) and offers a competitive salary plus bonus and equity potential based on performance.
