Job Summary

Doctolib, Europe's leading health companion platform, seeks a Senior Medical Content Manager to drive content creation and strategy for its Patient Content Factory team in Berlin. The role involves building and maintaining a German content calendar, producing clear, patient‑friendly medical articles, videos, and interactive pieces, and ensuring compliance with healthcare standards. The candidate will manage the end‑to‑end content workflow, coordinate cross‑functional stakeholders, and work with external writers and medical experts to deliver timely, high‑quality content. The position also includes optimizing content processes through automation and AI, and building a network of credible partners such as medical institutions and societies. Key responsibilities include: - Developing content strategy based on patient needs and public health priorities. - Writing and editing patient‑centric medical content in German. - Managing content production from ideation to publication using CMS. - Overseeing quality, accuracy, and compliance reviews with medical experts. - Enhancing content workflows via AI and automation. - Building relationships with external partners to strengthen content authority. Ideal candidate: - Degree in Communications, Journalism, Life Sciences or similar. - Minimum 4 years of experience in medical content writing or health communications. - Experience managing digital campaigns and using CMS. - Strong project management and stakeholder coordination. - Excellent written German, good English. - Interest in multi‑format storytelling, analytical skills, and teamwork in a dynamic environment.
