Senior QA Analyst – Backend & Automation

Job Summary

Stefanini, part of the Grupo Stefanini, seeks a Senior QA Analyst focused on automation and backend testing. The role is fully remote, allowing collaboration with global teams from anywhere in Brazil. The analyst will actively participate in early development stages, applying Shift-Left Testing practices and refining requirements. Key responsibilities include designing, developing, and maintaining automated test architectures for functional, regression, integration, and API tests. The analyst will validate REST and SOAP APIs using tools such as Rest Assured and Cucumber, perform complex SQL data validations, and ensure consistency across relational and NoSQL databases. Integration with CI/CD pipelines and continuous testing is essential. The position demands strong analytical skills, experience with API and backend testing, and knowledge of CI/CD processes. The analyst will also act as a technical reference, monitoring quality metrics and collaborating with development and product teams to prevent defects proactively.
