Senior Staff Technical Program Manager – Infrastructure and Platform

Job Summary

Senior Staff Technical Program Manager in the AI Enablement team at GE Aerospace will drive the end‑to‑end execution of infrastructure and platform initiatives for defense systems. The role focuses on accelerating AI time‑to‑value by enabling safe, scalable experimentation and turning pilots into enterprise‑grade solutions. Key responsibilities include owning the platform product backlog, translating the director’s roadmap into a resourced plan, and managing daily operations to keep the program on track. The manager will champion the adoption of a single golden‑path delivery pipeline across multiple product‑development teams, coordinate onboarding of shared services, and manage cross‑team dependencies without formal authority. Success is measured by metrics such as golden‑path adoption rates, on‑time delivery, and DORA delivery indicators. Candidates should bring at least five years of technical program management experience, a solid understanding of CI/CD and cloud environments, and strong stakeholder management skills in regulated industries such as defense or aerospace.
