You will manage day‑to‑day channel operations, nurture community relationships, identify and collaborate with influencers and brand ambassadors, and analyze performance metrics to refine strategy. Working closely with marketing and design teams, you will support campaign launches and product promotions while staying ahead of social media trends and platform developments. The ideal candidate is passionate about outdoor lifestyle, fluent in German and English, and possesses strong communication, creativity, and analytical skills.
