Solutions Architect - MongoDB Pre-Sales

Job Summary

The ideal candidate will have 5–8 years of industry experience, with at least two years in a customer‑facing or pre‑sales capacity. Strong programming skills in languages such as Python, Node.js, SQL, C/C++, Java, or C# are essential, along with experience implementing distributed systems in cloud and on‑prem environments. Excellent communication and presentation abilities are required to translate complex technical concepts into compelling business narratives. Additional responsibilities include collaborating with cross‑functional sales teams, driving demand generation, mentoring peers, and staying current with MongoDB product developments. The role is remote, based in Germany, and requires fluency in German and English. Overall, the Solutions Architect will play a key role in shaping customer success and expanding MongoDB’s market presence.
