Job Summary

Apollo .io, a leading go‑to‑market solution for revenue teams, is seeking a Sourcer to build and manage talent pipelines for both sales and non‑sales roles. The role involves owning the top‑of‑funnel candidate lifecycle, proactively sourcing passive talent using Boolean and X‑ray techniques, crafting outreach campaigns, and delivering a world‑class candidate experience. The Sourcer will partner closely with recruiters and hiring managers, build talent maps and target company lists, and provide labor market intelligence to inform recruiting strategy. Key responsibilities include creating outbound pipelines for immediate and future hiring needs, measuring conversion metrics, maintaining accurate ATS data, and representing Apollo’s employer brand. Candidates should bring 2–4 years of sourcing experience in a high‑growth tech or SaaS environment, strong LinkedIn Recruiter skills, and a proven track record of high‑volume outreach with strong response rates.
